Here are the house rules at East West Motel Ceduna

  1. Check-In and Check-Out Time: Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Reception is open 7am-7pm, Check in after this time can be organised with reception.

  2. Reservation Policy: To make a reservation, guests must provide a valid credit card at the time of booking. The balance is due upon check-in. Guests may cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before the arrival date without penalty. If a guest cancels their reservation within 24 hours of the arrival date, they will be charged for the first night’s stay.

  3. Room Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for each room type is specified on the motel’s website and in the booking confirmation. Guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy for their room type. Children under the age of 12 may stay in their parent or guardian’s room for free, but any additional guests will be charged an extra person fee.

  4. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Smoking is permitted on the grounds however, smoking directly in front of rooms or with open doors is prohibited. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to any guest who violates this policy.

  5. Pet Policy: Pets are only allowed in the motel in our dedicated Pet Friendly rooms, with the exception of service animals. Guests who bring pets into rooms not designated as Pet Friendly, will be charged a cleaning fee of $250.

  6. Damage Policy: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the motel’s property during their stay. Any damage will be charged to the guest’s credit card on file.

  7. Noise Policy: Guests are expected to respect other guests’ right to quiet and peaceful enjoyment of their rooms. Excessive noise or disturbance may result in eviction without refund.

  8. Amenities Policy: Guests are encouraged to enjoy the motel’s amenities, including the swimming pool and communal camp kitchen. However, guests must follow all posted rules and safety guidelines. The motel is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur while using the amenities.

  9. Liability: The motel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property during a guest’s stay.

  10. Payment Policy: The motel accepts cash, credit card, and debit card payments. A valid credit card must be provided at check-in, even if the guest intends to pay with cash or a debit card. A hold will be placed on the credit card for incidentals and released upon check-out, provided there is no damage or unpaid charges.
